FAQs

Please take a moment to read through these FAQs which may provide the answer to your questions. If you cannot find your answer and want to get in touch then please contact me through my Subscribe page.

Orders are generally processed within 1-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive an email when your order has been processed, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your processing email or think you may have deleted it, contact me and I can give you real time information on your order.

I do not offer refunds on the book.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact me within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then I can update your delivery address.

When you order multiple books at different times they might be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

I always try my best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then I cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. I will try my best to accommodate any changes provided your order hasn't already been shipped.

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from processing then please contact me and I will look into it for you.

There's a good chance that my email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please let me know.

When you receive your processing confirmation email you can contact me for an update on your order using the number provided in the email.

I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. I also accept PayPal payments. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact me and I will advise you.
